My apologies for the delayed announcement of this year’s winner. After the race I felt sick to my stomach that my pick didn’t win, so I collapsed for a day.
This allowed spreadsheet-guru Reemus to make fun of my abilities with a spreadsheet, thus sinking me even deeper into depression…
However, there’s a light during my depression, as he whipped up a new page for me in the spreadsheet which helps me calculate the final wagers much better.

The Latecomer had more points, but due to his 2 week “head start”, he was not allowed to win if it came to that, which it did.
So everyone, please congrat Philtration Phreak on his win. He pretty much lead the pool the entire time and was the only person with 3 teams still intact at the end. Well played.
